Rearrange PDF Pages Online — Drag, Drop, Delete. No Software.

Merged the wrong PDFs in the wrong order? Need to move an appendix to the front? Want to delete a blank page in the middle? The Organize PDF tool gives you a visual, drag-and-drop editor to do all of this without any software installation.

Step-by-Step: Reorder PDF Pages

  1. Open the Organize PDF tool.
  2. Upload your PDF. The tool renders thumbnail previews of every page.
  3. Drag and drop thumbnails to reorder pages.
  4. Rotate individual pages by clicking the rotate button (↻) on each thumbnail — rotates 90° clockwise per click.
  5. Delete unwanted pages by clicking the × button on the thumbnail.
  6. Made a mistake? Click Reset to Original Order to undo all changes.
  7. Click Save PDF to download the reorganised document.

Common Use Cases

  • Fix merge order: You merged 5 PDFs but two are in the wrong order — drag them into place.
  • Remove blank pages: Scanners often produce blank back-pages — delete them in seconds.
  • Fix scan rotation: A page was scanned sideways — rotate just that page without affecting the rest.
  • Move an appendix: Drag appendix pages from the end to just after the relevant section.
  • Extract a subset: Delete all pages except the ones you need, then download the trimmed result.

Difference Between Organize PDF and Split PDF

Use Organize PDF when you want one output file with pages in a different arrangement. Use Split PDF when you want to create multiple separate files from a single source (e.g., one file per page, or a specific page range as its own document).

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my file uploaded to a server?

No. All processing uses pdf-lib in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.

Is there a page limit?

No server-side limit. Very large PDFs (200+ pages) may be slow to render thumbnails on older devices.

Can I undo individual moves?

Use the Reset button to return to the original order. Per-step undo is on the roadmap.
