Step-by-Step: Reorder PDF Pages
- Open the Organize PDF tool.
- Upload your PDF. The tool renders thumbnail previews of every page.
- Drag and drop thumbnails to reorder pages.
- Rotate individual pages by clicking the rotate button (↻) on each thumbnail — rotates 90° clockwise per click.
- Delete unwanted pages by clicking the × button on the thumbnail.
- Made a mistake? Click Reset to Original Order to undo all changes.
- Click Save PDF to download the reorganised document.

No. All processing uses pdf-lib in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
Is there a page limit?
No server-side limit. Very large PDFs (200+ pages) may be slow to render thumbnails on older devices.
Can I undo individual moves?
Use the Reset button to return to the original order. Per-step undo is on the roadmap.
